About the role

Candidates should expect controlled work instructions and close cooperation with quality or engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, wire, solder or test electronic assemblies according to controlled instructions
- Use bench equipment, hand tools or inspection aids safely and accurately
- Record test results, defects, rework and build information clearly
- Follow ESD, FOD, component handling and material traceability procedures
- Escalate repeat faults or unclear instructions to test, quality or manufacturing engineering
- Maintain a tidy bench and protect sensitive components from damage
Requirements
- Electronics assembly, soldering, wiring, test or repair experience relevant to the role
- Ability to follow controlled work instructions and basic technical drawings
- IPC, ESD or similar training is helpful where requested
- Good eyesight, dexterity and attention to detail for small components
- Careful documentation habits in a quality-controlled environment
