Terms of service

These terms form a contract between you and FVK Limited ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17222723, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We trade as FactoryHire and operate the website factoryhire.co.uk. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Accounts

You can create an employer account to post jobs, or a job seeker account to save searches and apply. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Job postings

• Postings must be for genuine UK manufacturing roles. No scams, no schemes, no overseas mass-recruitment.
• Don't copy listings from other boards without the original employer's permission.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including salary and location.
• We may remove postings that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Payments and refunds

Job posting subscriptions are billed monthly at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe and invoiced by FVK Limited. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled — cancel at any time and your listing stays live until the end of your current billing period, with no further charges.

30-day money-back guarantee: if you post a job and receive zero qualified applications in your first 30 days of paid subscription, email info@factoryhire.co.uk and we'll refund your subscription in full. We reserve the right to decline non-manufacturing roles up-front rather than process refunds for listings outside our remit.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, abuse our APIs, or interfere with normal operation. Don't upload malicious content. Don't harass other users.

5. Intellectual property

FactoryHire and its design are our property. You retain ownership of the content you post; by posting you grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the site.

6. Liability

We provide the site "as is". We're not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes or business losses arising from use of the site, except where required by UK consumer law.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the English courts.
