Candidates should expect defined procedures, handovers and close attention to product quality and plant condition.

Responsibilities

  • Operate process plant, production equipment or batch systems according to SOPs
  • Monitor temperatures, pressures, levels, weights, cycle times or quality readings as required
  • Carry out sampling, in-process checks and basic first-line troubleshooting
  • Complete shift logs, batch records or production paperwork accurately
  • Follow permit, isolation, hygiene, chemical-handling or process-safety rules on site
  • Escalate abnormal conditions quickly to supervisors, engineers or technical teams

Requirements

  • Experience in process, chemical, food, pharmaceutical or batch manufacturing is useful
  • Comfortable following SOPs and recording data accurately
  • Good safety mindset around chemicals, moving equipment, heat, pressure or hygiene controls
  • Able to work shifts and complete structured handovers
  • Relevant process operations qualification or site-specific training where requested
