Responsibilities

Set and operate 5-axis CNC machining centres on titanium and nickel alloys
First-off and in-process inspection against engineering drawings
Tool offset adjustments and cycle-time optimisation
Maintain a clean, audit-ready work area

Requirements

3+ years setting CNC machines (Heidenhain or Fanuc)
Confident reading GD&T drawings
Eligible for SC clearance (UK national)
Apprentice-trained or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
