Job Description Organon is hiring a Maintenance Manager to join our world‑class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. Candidates should expect visible shop-floor leadership, KPI ownership and constant prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, warehouse or manufacturing teams through daily start-up, shift control and handover
• Own output, labour, quality, waste, downtime or service-level metrics for the area
• Coach operators or team leaders on standards, safety, attendance and performance
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, quality and logistics teams to recover issues quickly
• Use short-interval control, root-cause thinking or continuous improvement tools where appropriate
• Maintain a fair, calm and visible leadership style during busy production periods

Requirements

• Previous team leader, supervisor or production management experience
• Strong communication skills with operators, peers and senior managers
• Confident using KPI data to make practical shift decisions
• Good understanding of safety, quality and people-management basics
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or engineering operations preferred
