Food Production Operatives – Multiple Shifts Available Location: Lacock Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm Overtime: Available We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a growing team in Lacock. The work is likely to involve repeated operations, line standards and clear escalation when product or equipment falls out of specification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, trim, pack or operate production equipment according to work instructions
• Complete in-process checks for appearance, fit, finish, weight, coding or basic function
• Keep the line supplied with materials and escalate shortages or defects quickly
• Record downtime, rejects or quality issues in the format used on site
• Follow hygiene, safety, manual-handling and housekeeping standards throughout the shift
• Support changeovers, cleaning and handover routines where required

Requirements

• Previous factory, production, assembly or packing experience is useful, though some roles train from scratch
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working to a steady production pace
• Good attention to detail for visual checks and basic paperwork
• Reliable attendance for the stated shift pattern
• Willingness to follow standard work instructions and site safety rules
