Responsibilities
- Daily team brief, shift handover and WI compliance
- Hit OEE, waste and labour-efficiency targets
- Own changeovers and CIP windows
Requirements
- 2+ years team leader experience in BRC food manufacturing
- IOSH Managing Safely (or willing to complete)
- Strong people manager with high-pace mindset
