About the role

Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver! Magnus Search are looking for a Warehouse Operative/ Forklift Driver. To join a fantastic company based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton. This is a Full Time Permanent opportunity where you will be working Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:15pm and Friday 08:00am – 1pm. Earning a salary of £28,509.69, and have access to some amazing benefits such as: 184 hours’ holiday Bank Holidays (including Christmas shutdown), Pension (5% employer contribution) & life insurance… This is a warehouse or factory logistics role where safe truck operation, accurate stock movement and reliable shift attendance are the core of the job. Responsibilities

• Operate the required FLT equipment safely around warehouse, yard or production areas
• Load, unload, move and locate goods while protecting stock condition and site equipment
• Use scanners, paperwork or WMS processes to keep stock movements accurate
• Support goods-in, dispatch, picking, packing, replenishment or line-feed activity as required
• Carry out basic pre-use checks and report truck, racking or pallet damage immediately
• Keep pedestrian routes, loading bays and storage areas clear and tidy

Requirements

• Valid in-date forklift licence for the truck type stated in the source advert
• Recent warehouse, yard, logistics or manufacturing stores experience
• Confident working around trailers, racking, pedestrians and moving equipment
• Reliable attendance for the stated shift pattern, including nights or rotations where required
• Basic stock accuracy, scanning or paperwork discipline
