About the role
Production Operator We are a medium-sized business based in Eynsham, who supply precision and low-volume composite parts to the medical, aerospace and F1 industries. We have a modern R&D facility with free onsite parking. We are seeking a Production Operator to manufacture large composite components used within the medical industry. The role involves preparing mould tooling, operating automated spraying equipment, supporting fibre, resin and curing processes, conducting material tests, and ensu… This is a standard manufacturing or industrial operations role. Responsibilities
- Follow the work instructions, production plan and safety rules set out by the employer

- Maintain tidy work areas and accurate basic records during the shift
- Work cooperatively with production, quality, warehouse or engineering colleagues
Requirements
- Relevant factory, warehouse, engineering or manufacturing experience for the advertised role
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work the stated shift pattern
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions
- Basic safety awareness and willingness to use the correct PPE
- Right to work in the UK and any licences or certificates requested in the source advert
