Job Title: Temporary Electronic Assembler Location: Huddersfield (HD8) Pay: £12.71 P/hr We are working alongside a growing electronics manufacturer who are looking for people to join them on a temporary basis due to an increase in workload. This role would be ideal for someone who is hard-working and has a keen eye for detail. Candidates should expect controlled work instructions and close cooperation with quality or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, wire, solder or test electronic assemblies according to controlled instructions
• Use bench equipment, hand tools or inspection aids safely and accurately
• Record test results, defects, rework and build information clearly
• Follow ESD, FOD, component handling and material traceability procedures
• Escalate repeat faults or unclear instructions to test, quality or manufacturing engineering
• Maintain a tidy bench and protect sensitive components from damage

Requirements

• Electronics assembly, soldering, wiring, test or repair experience relevant to the role
• Ability to follow controlled work instructions and basic technical drawings
• IPC, ESD or similar training is helpful where requested
• Good eyesight, dexterity and attention to detail for small components
• Careful documentation habits in a quality-controlled environment
